  1. I really love this concept! It’s extremely current and relevant to all of us as youths and university students who like to keep up to date with iPhones and other technologies, without most of us thinking about the potential impact that this has on the environment. I really like the angle of utilising your sources to show how the media is assisting with a solution to the issue rather than highlighting the media’s negative attributes, which is route many of us have taken. Another important aspect you could explore is big businesses as a whole and their role in the creation of e-waste and the ways societies then deal with the waste. So, in addition to highlighting the media’s role in solving the problem you could also argue how the faces of these companies, such as Apple, aren’t interested in finding a solution and further explore their impact on how the media deals with E-waste.
